BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 518

DECLARING MONDAY, 06 MAY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTIAGO

WHEREAS, on 05 May 2024, the City of Santiago will mark the celebration of its 30" Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Santiago to fully participate in the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 06 May 2024, Monday, be

declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 05 May 2024 which falls on a Sunday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santiago be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 06 May 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santiago.
