BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 52

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 7 SEPTEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN‘ THE CITY OF CAVITE

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 7 September 2016, marks the 76" Charter Anniversary and 445" Foundation Year of the City of Cavite;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cavite be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 7 September 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Cavite.
