BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 521

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 20 JUNE 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN

WHEREAS, on 20 June 2018, a Wednesday, the City of Dagupan will mark the celebration of its 71°' Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 20 June 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
