PROCLAMATION NO. 522

DECLARING TUESDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2003, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IBAAN, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the Municipality of Ibaan celebrates its town fiesta on December 30 of every year;

WHEREAS, December 30, Rizal Day, is traditionally a Oe but is a working day this year, 2003;

WHEREAS, it is proper that the people of the Municipality of Ibaan, Batangas, be given full opportunity to celebrate its fiesta as it has traditionally done so in the past years.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, AVELINO J. CRUZ, JR., Acting Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do

hereby declare Tuesday, December 30, 2003, as special (non- working) day in the Municipality of Ibaan, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
