BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 524

DECLARING TUESDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2012, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, the City of Tuguegarao marks the celebration of its 13" Charter Day anniversary on Tuesday, 18 December 2012;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of . Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 18 December 2012, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
