BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 524

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 04 JULY 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CADIZ, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, the City of Cadiz, Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its 51S' Charter Anniversary on 04 July 2018, a Wednesday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Cadiz be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, MICHAEL P. ONG, Acting Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 July 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Cadiz.
