WHEREAS, Thursday, 10 January 2013, marks the 73 Foundation Day anniversary and the 13" Hinugyaw Festival of the City of Koronadal:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of .Koronadal be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
