DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF NAVOTAS
WHEREAS. the City of Navotas marks the commemoration of its 107" Foundation Day anniversary on Wednesday, 16 January 2013:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Navotas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
