PROCLAMATION NO. 527
DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 JANUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO
WHEREAS, the City of San Pablo marks the celebration of the 18" Coconut Festival and Street Dancing Competition (Mardi Gras) on 15 January 2013;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Pablo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 January 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Pablo.
