PROCLAMATION NO. 529

DECLARING TUESDAY, JANUARY 20, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- ‘ WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA

WHEREAS, the City of Lipa celebrates its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Sebastian on Tuesday, January 20, 2004;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL—ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, January 20, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
