DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 24 AUGUST 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CATBALOGAN, PROVINCE OF
SAMAR
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 24 August 2016, marks the celebration of the City of Catbalogan’s quadricentennial anniversary,
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Catbalogan, Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 24 August 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Catbalogan, Province of Samar.
