Se AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 219 DATSD JULY 2, 1967 WHICH DECLARES THE MIDIRY FROVINGE OF PALAWAN 3 GaME REFUGE AND BIND SANCTUARY, AND (TET SMATD ToLANDS OFF PALAWAN AS WAVIONAL RESERVYS.

1d. Preclanetion No. 219 datuc duly 2, 1967 is hercby amended to reed «1s follows:

"By virtue of the powers vested in oe by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hercby set asiaw and proeclain, subject to private rights, if any thore be, the entire Province of Palawan .s National Gone Refuge and Bird Sanctunry and the small islands off Polayon as National Reserves, under the adtinistration of the Parks =nd Wildlife Office, The hunting, taking or killing within said territory or islands of any of the wil’ mninnls or birds specified in Act Nunbersod Two thousand five hundred ninety 18 amended, is hereby prohibited; PROVIDED, however, That the Secretary of Ajsriculture and Veturcl Resources, or his duly authorized rem presentatives, may authorize by specinl pernit with or without charge, when in his opinion the circumstances warrant, the trkini of surplus gone fron a ane refuge or bird sonetuary, or destroy it my tine pred-tery, noxious or dwm-erous cnimcls foun* Themsin, under such terns nd conditions that may be issucd,."
