BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 530
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 1990, AS “TANGUB CITY DAY."
WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 28, 1990, marks the 22nd city charter anniversary of Tangub City; and
WHEREAS, the residents of Tangub City desire to cele- brate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their city's history; ~
NOW, .THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President. of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 28, 1990, as "Tangub City Day". The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set may hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed. °
