PROCLAMATION NO. 531

DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 9, 1995, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDALUYONG

WHEREAS, Thursday, February 9, 1995, marks the First Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Mandaluyong;

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Mandaluyong

desire to commemorate this event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President

of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, February 9, 1995, as a special day in the City of Mandaluyong.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
