BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 531

CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING, LOCATED AT SAPPHIRE AND GARNET ROADS, ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), |, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution Nos. 00-4174 (s. 2000) and 11-665 (s. 2011) of the PEZA Board of Directors, a building, located at Sapphire and Garnet Roads, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, containing an area of Two Thousand Five Hundred (2,500) Square Meters, more or less, as an Information Technology

Center, to be known as Cyberscape Alpha. The land is defined by the following technical description:

Lot 2-B, Psd-00-036193

A parcel of land [Lot 2-B of the subdivision plan Psd-00-036193, being a portion of Lot 2, Block 4 (LRC) Psd-144362, LRC Rec. Nos. 699, 875 & 917], situated in (Oranbo) San Antonio, City of Pasig, Metro Manila, island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Road Lot 12 (LEC) Psd-105493 (Garnet St.); on the NW., along line 2-3 by Lot 2-A of the subdivision plan; on the NE., along line 3-4 by

Road Lot 13 (LRC) Psd-105493 (Sapphire St.); and on the SE., along line 4-1 by Lot 2- C of the subdivision plan.

Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 80 deg. 24’E., 1020.70 m. from BLLM #1, Wack-Wack;

thence N. 49 deg. 19° W., 41.32 m._ to point 2: thence N. 40 deg. 41’ E., 60.50 m. to point 3: thence S. 49 deg. 19 E,, 41.32 m. to point 4: thence S. 40 deg. 41 W., 60.50 m._ to the point of
