BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 531

DECLARING THURSDAY, 09 MAY 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JOSE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 09 May 2024, Thursday, the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Negros Oriental will mark the celebration of its Charter Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Jose be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 09 May 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Jose, Province of Negros Oriental.
