DECLARING A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE MUNICIPALITIES : OF LOBO, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, HINIGARAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AND CATIGBIAN, PROVINCE OF BOHOL WHICH WERE ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY BIG WAVES AND FIRE

WHEREAS, the National Disaster

recommends the declaration of a State o he following areas;
