PROCLAMATION NO. 533

DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 3, 2004, marks the 54” Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 3, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
