PROCLAMATION NO. 534

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2004 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 4, 2004 marks the 250" Foundation Day anniversary of the City of San Fernando;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 4, 2004, as a special (non-working) day in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
