DECLARING FRIDAY, 18 JANUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA
WHEREAS, Friday, 18 January 2013, marks the 221* Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Santa Rosa, Laguna:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Santa ‘Rosa, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
