DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 16, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN DAVAO CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, March 16, 1990, marks the Charter Anniversary of Davao City;

WHEREAS, the people of Davao City desire to celebrate this historic event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, March 16, 1990, as a special day in Davao City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 13th day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety.
