DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2004, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF VALENZUELA

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 14, 2004, marks the 6” Charter Day Anniversary of the City of Valenzuela;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Saturday, February 14, 2004, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Valenzuela.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
