BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 536

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 16 JANUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, the City of Batangas marks the feast day of its patron saint,

Sto. Nifio on Wednesday, 16 January 2013, as well as the holding of a Tourism and Cultural Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR.. Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Hl, do hereby declare

Wednesday, 16 January 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Batangas.
