BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 536

DECLARING MONDAY, 16 JULY 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CORDILLERA ADMINISTRATIVE REGION

WHEREAS, on 15 July 2018, the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) will mark the celebration of its 318 Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the CAR to celebrate the occasion, the Regional Development Council — Cordillera Administrative Region requested that 16 July 2018, a Monday, instead of 15 July 2018 which falls on a Sunday, be declared a special (non-working) day in the CAR; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the CAR be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies:

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 16 July 2018, a special (non-working) day in the CAR.
