RESERVING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF CARMEN, COTABATO PROVINCE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO FOR THE USE OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF CARMEN FOR VARIOUS PUBLIC PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by the virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve certain parcels of land of the public domain situated at Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Carmen, Cotabato Province, Island of Mindanao for the use of the Municipal Government of Carmen for various public purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and actual ground survey, which parcels of land

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 2104, Pls-217) situated in the Barangay Poblacion of Carmen, Cotabato Province, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northwest, points 1 to 2 by Municipal: Road; on the Northeast, points 2 to 3 by SAYRE National Highway; on the Northeast, points 3 to 4 by Municipal Road; on the Southwest, points 4 to 1 by Municipal Road.

The utilization of the aforementioned parcel of land shall not, in any way, prejudice the ecological balance in the area, and removal of the timber from the land and the forest products shall be subject to the Forestry laws, rules and regulations.

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources shall retain jurisdiction over portions covered by public land applications and shall continue to process such application. All vested rights inside the reservation, if there be any, shall be respected.
