EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 82, DATED AUGUST 9, 1966, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MT. DORST FOREST RESERVE, A CERTAIN PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, LOCATED AT BARANGAY VILLA MARIA, MUNICIPALITY OF POC, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND RESERVING TE SAME FOR RESETTLEMENT SITE OF THE MT. PINATUBO VICTIMS In consideration of the urgent need to assist the families affected by the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo by providing them with suitable resettlement and livelihood areas conducive to their economic recovery, and upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, presiqent of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for resettlement and livelihood purposes, subject to private rights if any, and to future classifications, a parcel of land which is more parti,cularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND (being a portion of Mt. Dorst Reserve and described in Plan SWO-035415 -000197) located at Barangay Villa Maria-, Municipality of Porac, Province of Parnpanga, Island of Luzon.
