PROCLAMATION NO. 54

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 21 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF RIZAL

WHEREAS, on 21 September 2022, Wednesday, the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal, will mark the celebration of its 450" Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Mateo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Mateo, Province of Rizal.
