BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO, 540

DECLARING TUESDAY, 14 MAY 2024, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PULILAN, PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS, on 14 May 2024, Tuesday, the Municipality of Pulilan, Province of Bulacan, will mark the celebration of the Kneeling Carabao Festival:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of

Pulilan be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Tuesday, 14 May 2024, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pulilan, Province of Bulacan.
