DECLARING MONDAY, 18 FEBRUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR
WHEREAS, Monday, 18 February 2013, marks the centennial birth anniversary of Congressman Eladio T. Balite of the Province of Northern Samar:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Northern Samar be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 18 February 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Northern Samar.
