RESERVING A PARCEL OF LAND WITHIN THE ALABANG STOCK FARM SITUATED IN ALABANG, MUNTINLUPA CITY, FOR OFFICE AND LABORATORY SITE PURPOSES OF THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION AND TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN ITS FAVOR

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, and upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, |, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a parcel of land within the Alabang Stock Farm situated in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, for office and laboratory site purposes of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and transfer ownership thereof in its favor. This parcel of land is particularly described as follows:
