WHEREAS, Monday, 11 February 2013, marks the 14" Charter Day anniversary of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Talisay, Negros Occidental be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
