OLA, JOW CAMP BAGONG IBALON, SITUATED IN BARANGAY SAGPON, CITY OF LEGASPI, ISLAND OF LUZON, BY EXLUDING A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, AID DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION TO ACTUAL OCCUPANTS THEREOF PURSUANT, TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED", BY RETURNING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR THE PU'BLIC USE AND PURPOSE OF THE ALBAY PROVINCIA'L HOSPITAL, ALBAY SKIN CLINIC Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FIDE.L V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do fereby amend Proclamation No. 253, S. 1993, which excludE:d a portion of the Philippine Army Post, Camp Simeon A. Ola, now Camp Bagong Ibalon, situated in Barangay Sagpon, City of Legaspi, Province of Albay, and declaring the same open for d3position to the actual occupants thereof, and hereby return a certain portion of the land embraced therein. for the public use and purpose of the Albay Provincial Hospital, Albay Skin Clinic, which portion is more particularly described as follows: ,. .A PARCSL OF LAND (Lot 2-A, portion of Lot 2, Ccs-O5-000393. which is a portion of Lot 19170-A, B80-20309 surveyed for the Bureau of Hospitals), situated in the Barangay of Sagpon, City of Legaspi, Island of Luzon.
