DECLARING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF KIDAPAWAN
WHEREAS, Thursday, February 12, 2004, marks the 6” Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Kidapawan;
WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Kidapawan be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Thursday, February 12, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Kidapawan.
