PROCLAMATION NO. 547

DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2004, ‘AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN LAOAG CITY .

WHEREAS, the City of Laoag celebrates its city fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. William the Hermit on Tuesday, February 10, 2004;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO, Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL—ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 10, 2004, as special (non-working) day in Laoag City.
