DECLARING MONDAY, 18 MARCH 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE
WHEREAS, Monday, 18 March 2013, marks the commemoration of the 112" Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Masbate:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Monday, 18 March 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
