BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 549

DECLARING FRIDAY, 22 FEBRUARY 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN PEDRO, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, the Municipality of San Pedro, Lagi:na marks the celebration of its town fiesta in honor of its patron saint, St. Peter, the Apostle, and the holding of the weeklong “Sampaguita Festival” on Friday, 22 February 2013;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 22 February 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of San Pedro, Laguna.
