(FYDP), was authorized under ProclamationNo. 259, dated September 27, 1993, to conduct a national fund campaign up to September 14, 1994; WHEREAS,drive; the FYDP needs more time to conduct its fund NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of thePhilippines, by virtue of he powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the F6undation for Youth Development i thePhilippines, Inc., to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one (1) year effective upon the promulgation ofthis Proclamation.
