BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 550

DECLARING THURSDAY, 16 AUGUST 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO

WHEREAS, on 16 August 2018, a Thursday, the City of Tuguegarao will mark the celebration of the Pavvurulun “Afi” Festival, and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 16 August 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao.
