BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 551

DECLARING THURSDAY, 13 JUNE 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental, will have its annual fiesta celebration and cultural activities from 03 to 13 June 2024;

WHEREAS, on 13 June 2024, Thursday, the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental will mark the culmination of such momentous celebration;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Silay be given full opportunity to participate and enjoy the celebration.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 13 June 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental.
