WHEREAS, ZONTA Foundation Philso, Inco, is astock, non-profit organization composed of 38 Clubs in the country; non- Zonta WHEREAS, the foundation set up Garments Training and Livelihood Centers in Marikina, Taguig, Makati, Pasig, and Muntinlupa and have trained more than 2,000 women in industrial sewing skill that led to their employment in garment factories in Metro Manila, EPZA in Bataan, and in the Middle East; outthe noble and WHEREAS, in order to carryobjectives, the Foundation needs moral support of the public; itsfinancial NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V.
