BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 554

DECLARING MONDAY, 20 AUGUST 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LUCENA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on Monday, 20 August 2018, the City of Lucena, Province of Quezon, will mark the celebration of its Charter Day; and

WHEREAS. it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lucena be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate

ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 20 August 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lucena, Province of Quezon.
