DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 MARCH 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PASSI, PROVINCE OF ILOILO
WHEREAS, Thursday, 14 March 2013 marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Passi, Iloilo;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi, lloilo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
