BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 557

DECLARING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED AT BARANGAY BINLOD, MUNICIPALITY OF ARGAO, PROVINCE OF CEBU FOR ECO-TOURISM PARK SITE PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the power vested in me by the law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL- ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby declare a certain parcel of land of the public domain located at Barangay Binlod, Municipality of Argao, Province of Cebu, for Eco-Tourism Site purposes under the Administration of the Municipality of Argao, Province of Cebu, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 4960, Argao, Pls-1057-D, situated in the Barrio of Binlod (Sitio Candabong), Municipality of Argao, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Bohol Strait; on the SW., along line 2-3 by Lot No. 5990, Argao, Pls-1057-D; on the NW., along line 3-4 by National Road (20.00 meters wide); and on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot No. 4961, Argao, Pls-1057-D. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being N. 03 deg. 01’ E., 2,649.09 meters from BLLM No. 1, Argao, Pls-1057-D.

thence S. 13 deg. 24’ W., 176.10 m. to point 2; thence N. 72 deg. 32'W., | 305.68 m. to point 3; thence N. 10 deg. 39’N., 173.20 m. to point 4; thence S. 73 deg. 12’ E., 313.79 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of FIFTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY SIX (53,866) square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by old Pls. cyl..conc. mons. 15x60 cms. Bearing Grid: Date of original survey, June 3, 1974 and was approved by the Office of the Bureau of Lands on May 5, 1975.
