PROCLAMATION NO. 557
DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 3 APRIL 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBAY
WHEREAS, Wednesday, 3 April 2013, marks the celebration of “Albay Day” in the Province of Albay:
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Albay be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Wednesday, 3 April 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Albay.
