BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 957

DECLARING FRIDAY, 24 AUGUST 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF CATBALOGAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR

WHEREAS, on 24 August 2018, a Friday, the City of Catbalogan, Province of Samar, will mark the celebration of the Manaragat Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Catbalogan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, !I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday,

24 August 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Catbalogan, Province of Samar.
