WHEREAS, the period April 23 to 29, 1989, has been .designated as Secretaries Week under Proclamation No. 400 dated April 10, 1989;

WHEREAS, the. Philippine Association of Secretaries will ‘be celebrating Secretaries Week| from April 22 to 28, 1990, to | coincide with the observance of its 32nd anniversary; H

WHEREAS, ‘the Philippine} Association of Secretaries should | be given the opportunity to commemorate its 32nd anniversary;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ORAZON C. AQUINO, President

do hereby. declare the period} from April 22 to 28, 1990, as Secretaries Week.
