BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO.°52

DECLARING THURSDAY, 30 AUGUST 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANDAUE, PROVINCE OF CEBU

WHEREAS, on 30 August 2018, a Thursday, the City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu, will mark the celebration of its 49" Charter Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Mandaue be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 30 August 2018, a special (non-working) day in the City of Mandaue, Province of Cebu.
