RAMOS, President 0": the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 120, s. 1955, and Proclama- tion No. 574, s. 1959, which reserved for purposes ofMarket, Abatoir or Slaughter House and Parking sites, res-pectively, both under the administrat'ion of the Municipality of Midsayap, ,Cotabato, by granting ownership to the said municipality and to be followed by an issuance of a specialpatent, which parcels of lands are more particularly des- cribed as follows: LOT NO.1, Mr-1061 (Midsayap Public Market Site) "A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 1, MR-1061, identical to Lot 10938 being a portion of Lot 2517, Cad-107, Dulauan Cadastre), situated in the Barrio ofPoblacion, Municipality of Midsayap, Province ofCotabato, Island of Mindanao.
