DECLARING TUESDAY, 04 SEPTEMBER 2018, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONKAYO, PROVINCE OF

COMPOSTELA VALLEY

WHEREAS, on 04 September 2018, a Tuesday, the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley will mark the celebration of its 64" founding anniversary and the 23™ Kariyawan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Monkayo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in these occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 04 September 2018, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley.
