BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 561

DECLARING FRIDAY, 19 APRIL 2013, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY ° IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, Friday, 19 April 2013, marks the 15™ Charter Day anniversary of the City of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tariac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 19 April 2013, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tariac.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seai of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
